When Kim Assaad and Mark Assaad walk a property with a client, they're often walking land they helped engineer. Since 1994, the Assaad family has operated A.N.A. Consultants, L.L.C., a Colleyville-based civil engineering firm that has designed more than 40 master-planned communities and over 8,000 residential lots across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Both Kim and Mark hold civil engineering degrees: Mark from Texas A&M (1993), Kim from UT Arlington (1996). Mark, a licensed Professional Engineer, spent 28 years leading land development and project management at A.N.A. before co-founding the real estate group. Kim began her career there designing neighborhoods for developers before transitioning to residential real estate, where she has built a client-first practice over 21 years.
