Kim and Mark Assaad both hold civil engineering degrees — Mark from Texas A&M (1993) and a licensed Professional Engineer; Kim from UT Arlington (1996). Their family firm, A.N.A. Consultants, L.L.C., founded 1994 and based in Colleyville, has engineered more than 40 master-planned communities and over 8,000 residential lots across DFW since 1994.

The Team

Kim Assaad — Principal | REALTOR®

Kim Assaad is the principal and team lead of The Assaad Group at Compass. Civil engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (1996). Started her career at A.N.A. Consultants designing neighborhoods for developers before transitioning to residential real estate. More than two decades of luxury transactional experience across DFW, with particular expertise in Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, and the Las Colinas Nelson corridor.

Mark Assaad — Principal | REALTOR®

Mark Assaad is principal of The Assaad Group at Compass and a licensed Professional Engineer. Civil engineering degree from Texas A&M University (1993). Spent 28 years leading land development and project management at A.N.A. Consultants before co-founding the real estate group, with engineering depth on master-planned community design and infrastructure that translates directly to residential real estate decisions.
